All exhibitor booth packges include pipe & drape, booth signage, trade show exhibitor badges, access to exhibitor hospitality room, wi-fi access, a business profile website listing, and a general listing in the printed event program guide given to 2,500+ trade show attendees. Exhibitor booths must be finalized no later than 4/11/25.
Who should apply to exhibit at Connect 2025?
Connect is a B2B trade show and networking event. Any business that operates in the state of Oklahoma and offers business products, services, or resources is encouraged to apply.
Where is Connect 2025 taking place?

Does Connect set limits on exhibitor types/categories?
Yes. Connect will accept a maximum number of exhibitors per each of its 28 categories. This ensures that each trade show event provides a well-rounded and well-balanced experience to all attendees. Exhibitor booths are given on a first come, first served basis - so apply as early as possible.
Is there an application fee?
No. Submitting an application to exhibit at the Connect trade show is free.
How many attendees are expected at Connect 2025?
It is expected that over 2,500 business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, startups, and young professionals from across the state of Oklahoma will attend the Connect trade show.
How much are exhibitor fees?
Exhibitor booths start at $325. All booths include pipe & drape, booth signage, trade show exhibitor badges, access to exhibitor hospitality room, wi-fi access, a business profile website listing, and a general listing in the event program guide. Tables, chairs, and electricity can be added for an additional fee.
How early can we setup our exhibitor booth?
All exhibitors are allotted 6-8 hours to move-in the day prior to event day.
When is my exhibitor payment due?
Once your application is approved, your invoice must be paid in full no later than 30 days after approval is sent.
What is the cancellation & refund policy?
